Saturday Feb 22, 2025
Saturday Feb 22, 2025
Let's go back 181 years to 1844-The Fist was the slang term for trained telegraph coders' messaging style. Coders came to recognize "the fists" of their fellow coders......important in case an imposter commandeered a telegraph station!
We humans run in circles, but our technology progresses in a straight line. Ah! There's the rub!

“Music is the food of love and longevity. The use of music in therapy is not new and it has long been a common experience that listening to or making music can be soothing or stimulating and is also a good way to express-literally to “squeeze out”- feelings that may otherwise be bottled up. This can have a powerful effect on health.” pp 213.
